Abstract PDF: Fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma (FL-HCC) is relatively rare, with only two cases reported in Korean literature. Four cases (1.4% : 4/282) with typical FL-HCC underwent partial hepatectomies in Ajou University Hospital from July 1994 through January 2003. We report these cases with a review of related literatures.
